Europe does not stop at the European Union’s Eastern border. In the East of the EU an integration competition has incrementally evolved with severe tensions which launch or deteriorate conflicts.
How can relations with Russia be enhanced so that we can peacefully cooperate with each other? Which institutional forms of cooperation could Brussels offer those states between the EU and the Eurasian Economic Union to allow the region to prosper peacefully?
